Our Story
Hi! My name is Brian and I grew up in the suburbs of New York City and graduated from a small college in New Orleans, LA. I fell in love with the South and so after getting married, my wife and I decided to move down to South Carolina to start our new family. God blessed us with two healthy and beautiful girls. Shortly after, Sunset Properties USA was born.
Sunset Properties USA is a Christian-led business with the goal of making land ownership affordable and attainable for all citizens of this great country! I had always dreamed of one day owning my own piece of land and having the freedom to do whatever I wanted on the property...building it from the ground up all while living off the land farming, hunting, and fishing.
We believe that our country needs to get back to our roots of being self disciplined and self sufficient hard working people who look to God and our neighbors rather than relying on the government or big corporations to solve our problems.
The Problem:
- Buying raw land can be intimidating and confusing.
- Investing in the stock market is unreliable and due for a correction.
- The state of the world and US economy is depreciating at a faster and faster rate.
- Freedom to do what we want, where we want, and how we want is under constant attack.
The Solution:
- We make buying land a very simple process and affordable for all with multiple payment options.
- Some of the wealthiest people got started in real estate and there is a fixed supply of land. Investing in rural, undeveloped land will likely become more valuable in the future and could outpace the growth in the stock market.
- It is potentially wise to have fallback plan or alternate location that your family can go to in a worst case scenario (especially if you live in or near a major city).
- You have complete control of the land you own and can live in peace and with privacy in retirement.
